Rhiannon- The Great Queen who made the sun rise

Archetypes- Rhiannon

In psychology we speak of archetypes as symbols. Divine beings can embody qualities and thus become archetypes in mythology.

As we come upon a full moon in Aries this weekend, the Goddess Rhiannon comes to mind as an appropriate archetype for the season. She symbolizes independence, power, planning, maturity, responsibility, grace, benevolence and creative problem solving among other things. Rhiannon loved her work, which was to ride a heavenly horse across the sky each morning and to make the Sun rise.

In our lives we can identify with the above-mentioned positive qualities in this season w
hen the celestial bodies will be encouraging our expansion!
